1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and World Fly Zone ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

World Fly Zone acts as an intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.

3. Booking, Payments, and Pricing

• Fares & Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed and ticketed. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is received in full.
• Payment Options: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods as listed during checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• Taxes & Fees: Prices shown generally include all applicable taxes and fees, but you may be subject to additional local taxes or resort fees depending on the destination and supplier.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Please note that any cancellation or modification to a booking is governed by the rules and regulations of the specific supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.).

• Airline Tickets: Most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to flights may incur substantial airline penalties and our administrative fees.
• Umrah Packages & Visas: Visa fees are strictly non-refundable once the application is submitted. Package cancellations are subject to a tiered fee structure based on the proximity to the departure date.
• Refund Processing: Where refunds are permitted, they will be processed back to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and your bank.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit.

• Passports: Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended return date.
• Visas: We can assist with visa processing for select destinations, but the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
• Health: You should consult your physician regarding necessary vaccinations and health precautions prior to travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
